What We Are Investigating?
Our firm is launching a comprehensive investigation into Said Shiripour over allegations that it has been suppressing critical reviews and unfavorable Google search results by fraudulently misusing DMCA takedown notices. These actions, if proven, could constitute serious legal violations—including impersonation, fraud, and perjury.
We conducted comprehensive analyses of fraudulent copyright takedown requests, meritless legal complaints, and other unlawful efforts to suppress public access to critical information. Our reporting sheds light on the prevalence and modus operandi of a structured censorship network, often funded and used by criminal enterprises, oligarchs and criminal entities seeking to manipulate public perception and bypass AML checks conducted by financial organisations.
The fake DMCA notices in this investigation appears to have been strategically deployed to remove negative content from Google search results illegally. Based on this pattern, we have reasonable grounds to infer that Said Shiripour - or an entity acting at its behest - is directly or indirectly complicit in this cyber crime.
In most such cases, such ops are executed by rogue, fly-by-night 'Online Reputation Management' agencies acting on behalf of their clients. If evidence establishes that the subject knowingly benefited from or facilitated this scam, it may be deemed an 'accomplice' or an 'accessory' to the crime.
What are they trying to censor
Said Shiripour, an entrepreneur, business coach, and digital marketing figure, has generated significant attention through his online presence and marketing programs. However, his career has been marked by a series of allegations, controversies, and red flags, some of which have impacted his reputation.
Allegations and Red Flags
Questionable Business Practices: Shiripour has been accused of using aggressive and misleading marketing tactics to sell his coaching and business programs. Many critics argue that his sales funnels are designed to create a sense of urgency, pressuring potential clients into making purchases without fully understanding the details of the offer.
Exaggerated Success Claims: Shiripour has been criticized for promoting himself as an extraordinary success story, which some have claimed is embellished. There are reports of him showcasing case studies that may not represent the typical results his programs deliver, leading to accusations of false advertising and setting unrealistic expectations for those looking to replicate his success.
Overpromising and Under-Delivering: There have been several accounts from former clients who describe feeling disappointed with the quality and value of the programs they purchased from Shiripour. These customers claim they were sold high-priced courses or mentorship opportunities that failed to provide the promised results.
Lack of Transparency: Some online critics have pointed out that Shiripour’s business practices lack transparency, particularly regarding refund policies and customer support. Complaints on various platforms suggest that once money is collected, his team is hard to contact, leaving clients frustrated and dissatisfied.
Connection to Controversial Figures: Shiripour has been associated with other entrepreneurs whose business practices have raised eyebrows. While there is no direct evidence of wrongdoing, his public endorsements and collaborations with individuals of questionable reputation have led some to question his own credibility.
Potential Harm to Reputation
These allegations collectively harm Shiripour’s reputation, particularly in the world of digital marketing and entrepreneurship, where trust is key. Misleading marketing and underdelivered promises can damage his credibility, leading to a loss of customers and clients. The accusations of exaggerated success can further tarnish his image, especially if potential clients believe they are being misled into paying for unattainable outcomes.
As for Shiripour’s desire to remove these stories from the internet, there may be significant pressure to protect his brand and financial interests. If these allegations persist and gain more traction, they could lead to a decline in his client base and loss of income, especially if they influence public perception.
Cyber Crime for Reputation Management?
Said Shiripour might feel compelled to remove negative stories or allegations at any cost, even if it means resorting to cyber crime, such as hacking or deploying unethical tactics to remove content from websites or social media platforms. Reputation is a crucial factor for any online entrepreneur, and negative press, particularly regarding misleading sales and unfulfilled promises, could result in serious financial repercussions. Shiripour’s desire to maintain his brand image might push him toward extreme actions, especially in an industry where trust is difficult to rebuild once it’s lost.
While it is impossible to know for certain whether Shiripour has resorted to illegal activities, the potential financial and reputational damage caused by these controversies makes the idea of extreme measures, including cyber crimes, plausible in a highly competitive and financially-driven industry.

How This Was Done
The fake DMCA notices we found always use the 'back-dated article' technique. With this technique, the wrongful notice sender (or copier) creates a copy of a 'true original' article and back-dates it, creating a 'fake original' article (a copy of the true original) that, at first glance, appears to have been published before the true original
What Happens Next?
Based on the feedback, information, and requests received from all relevant parties, our team will formally notify the affected party of the alleged infringement. Following a thorough review, we will submit a counter-notice to reinstate any link that has been removed by Google, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Additionally, we will communicate with Google’s Legal Team to ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.
