What We Are Investigating?
Our firm is launching a comprehensive investigation into Callum Negus Fancey over allegations that it has been suppressing critical reviews and unfavorable Google search results by fraudulently misusing DMCA takedown notices. These actions, if proven, could constitute serious legal violations—including impersonation, fraud, and perjury.
We conducted comprehensive analyses of fraudulent copyright takedown requests, meritless legal complaints, and other unlawful efforts to suppress public access to critical information. Our reporting sheds light on the prevalence and modus operandi of a structured censorship network, often funded and used by criminal enterprises, oligarchs and criminal entities seeking to manipulate public perception and bypass AML checks conducted by financial organisations.
The fake DMCA notices in this investigation appears to have been strategically deployed to remove negative content from Google search results illegally. Based on this pattern, we have reasonable grounds to infer that Callum Negus Fancey - or an entity acting at its behest - is directly or indirectly complicit in this cyber crime.
In most such cases, such ops are executed by rogue, fly-by-night 'Online Reputation Management' agencies acting on behalf of their clients. If evidence establishes that the subject knowingly benefited from or facilitated this scam, it may be deemed an 'accomplice' or an 'accessory' to the crime.
What are they trying to censor
Callum Negus-Fancey, a British entrepreneur and co-founder of Let’s Go Holdings Limited, has been the subject of several allegations and adverse news reports that have raised red flags about his business practices and ethical conduct. These allegations, if proven true, could significantly harm his reputation and credibility in the business world. Below is a summary of the major allegations and adverse news associated with Fancey, along with an analysis of why he might seek to suppress such information, even through illicit means.
Major Allegations and Adverse News:
- Misleading Business Practices:
Fancey has faced accusations of employing aggressive and misleading sales tactics through his companies, particularly Let’s Go Holdings, which operates in the lead generation and marketing sector. Former employees and clients have alleged that the company uses high-pressure sales techniques and makes exaggerated claims about potential earnings to attract small businesses. Critics argue that these practices exploit vulnerable entrepreneurs, particularly those with limited business experience. - Legal Disputes and Regulatory Scrutiny:
Let’s Go Holdings has been involved in legal disputes with clients and former employees. Some clients have claimed that the company failed to deliver on its promises, leading to financial losses. Additionally, there have been reports of regulatory scrutiny over the company’s compliance with advertising and consumer protection laws. Such legal challenges raise questions about the transparency and integrity of Fancey’s business operations. - Association with Controversial Figures:
Fancey has been linked to individuals with questionable reputations, including his father, Keith Negus-Fancey, who has a history of legal issues and involvement in controversial business ventures. These associations have led to concerns about the ethical standards within Fancey’s business network. - Adverse Media Coverage:
Investigative journalists and media outlets have published critical reports about Fancey and his companies, highlighting allegations of unethical behavior and financial mismanagement. These reports have portrayed him as a controversial figure in the entrepreneurial world, damaging his public image.
Reputational Harm and Motives for Suppression:
The allegations and adverse news surrounding Callum Negus-Fancey pose a significant threat to his reputation. As an entrepreneur, his success relies heavily on trust and credibility. Accusations of misleading practices, legal disputes, and associations with controversial figures undermine his ability to attract clients, investors, and partners. Negative media coverage further amplifies these concerns, potentially leading to a loss of business opportunities and long-term damage to his career.
Given the high stakes, Fancey may feel compelled to suppress or remove damaging information from public view. In extreme cases, this could involve resorting to cybercrime, such as hacking or deploying online reputation management tactics to erase negative content. Such actions, while illegal, might be seen as a desperate attempt to protect his livelihood and maintain his standing in the business community.
However, any involvement in cybercrime would only exacerbate his legal and ethical challenges, further tarnishing his reputation. The allegations against Fancey highlight the importance of transparency and accountability in business, and any attempt to silence critics through unlawful means would ultimately backfire, reinforcing the very concerns he seeks to eliminate.

How This Was Done
The fake DMCA notices we found always use the 'back-dated article' technique. With this technique, the wrongful notice sender (or copier) creates a copy of a 'true original' article and back-dates it, creating a 'fake original' article (a copy of the true original) that, at first glance, appears to have been published before the true original
What Happens Next?
Based on the feedback, information, and requests received from all relevant parties, our team will formally notify the affected party of the alleged infringement. Following a thorough review, we will submit a counter-notice to reinstate any link that has been removed by Google, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Additionally, we will communicate with Google’s Legal Team to ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.
